Returns

REFUND POLICY: 


We want you to be happy with your IRL purchase! 

IRL gladly accepts returns within 30 days. This means you have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for confirmation and to process the return. Once processed, you will receive a refund to the original form of payment. 

Any original shipping charges are not refundable.

Earrings, hair accessories, and swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN FEE: 

Customers will be responsible for return shipments and costs. Any original shipping costs will not be refunded. Additionally, the shipping fee for the return will be subtracted from the refund amount. 

REFUND: 

Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to arrive at our facility and your refund to process.

EXCHANGES: 

We are not offering exchanges at this time. If you would like to purchase a different size, we recommend purchasing it separately and returning your original item.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS: 

We will not accept returns on any items which do not have the original tag attached, appear to have been worn, washed, or altered.

Earrings, Hair accessories, and swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

DAMAGES/ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 3 days,  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return, replacement, or refund. To report an issue, please email us at info@theIRLcollection.com and include photos of the damaged item. 

IRL is not responsible for damages to items caused by improper care or handling after received.

Please note, photos of items may vary due to lighting and this does not as a damaged item.  

REFUND: 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
